Role:
Registered Nurse providing high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
Responsibilities:Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and execute care plans, collaborate with staff, ensure documentation accuracy, advocate for patients, and participate in performance improvement initiatives. Support patient and family education, uphold safety and confidentiality standards, and contribute to a positive work environment through mentorship and teamwork.
Qualifications & Skills:An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and prior experience in direct patient care preferred. Must demonstrate professionalism, communication, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
