Requirements
- License: RN license in relevant state or Compact license
- Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, NIH
- Experience:
Minimum 1 year RN experience, first-time travelers accepted
- Key Clinical
Skills:
Ventilator management, HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP Arterial line and central line management; arterial blood gas interpretation EVD/ICP monitoring and neuro/post-op neuro care Management of dysrhythmias, IV insulin protocols Blood product administration; blood draws/phlebotomy; starting/maintaining IVs Port/PICC access and management EMR:

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in various critical care settings. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to protocols. Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions. Perform necessary documentation in compliance with facility policies.
Compliance / Notes - RTO (pre-approved time off):
Maximum 7 days per contract; RTO blackout during designated holiday periods. Orientation: 24 hours; compliance items must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing. Vaccines:
Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only).
