Korzen Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our inpatient psychiatry team in Augusta, GA. This role is ideal forproviders who enjoy acute psychiatric care in a structured inpatientenvironment and appreciate a balanced schedule that supports both professional growth and personal time.

Scope:
  • M-F Schedule
    - Predictable rotation with built-in time for rest, travel, and personal priorities

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for inpatient populations
  • Participate in daily rounds, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary meetings
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and clinical teams to deliver coordinated care
  • Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience
  • Active Georgia license or license eligibility
  • Georgia DEA license or ability to obtain
  • Comfortable working in an inpatient psychiatric setting
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute psychiatric presentations
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to patient-centered care
