ResponsibilitiesPerform the nursing process, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, practice relationship-based patient-centered care, and support performance improvement initiatives. Promote evidence-based practice, mentorship, and professional development. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and ethical guidelines. Participate in protocol development, data collection, and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.
QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience; RN license (single or multi-state); BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Associates or diploma nursing degree (bachelor’s preferred).
