, our Inpatient Rehabilitation team is dedicated to helping patients regain independence, improve functionality, and achieve their highest level of recovery following illness, injury, or surgery. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care in a collaborative rehabilitation environment.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for rehabilitation patients.
- Monitor patient progress and identify changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
- Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to support individualized rehabilitation goals.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, recovery expectations, medications, and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards.
- Advocate for patients and promote a positive, healing environment.
- Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact state licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within established timeframe.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
