Key responsibilities of the RN – OR Circulator include:

• Provide exceptional patient care in the operating room setting
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among the surgical team
• Manage operating room resources effectively and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety and surgical standards
• Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled

Requirements of the RN – OR Circulator include:

• RN – Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT – RN – Multi-state Compact
• BLS – Basic Life Support certification
• 2-3 years of experience in a multi-service operating room as an OR circulator
• Experience with Epic systems
• Associates in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
