RN - MedSurg​/Post Surgical - Night Shift

Role Overview:

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. The nurse coordinates care activities of assigned staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing services.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions
• Maintain standards of practice and ensure quality care
• Coordinate and supervise patient care activities among team members
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures

• Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligible
• Current Registered Nurse license in the relevant state; BLS certification required
• Preferred: hospital experience, bachelor's degree, advanced specialty certification
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
