Xclusive Care Services is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to conduct required supervisory visits for clients across our Georgia service areas. This field-based, part-time role requires travel two-week rotation and documentation of visits.
You will review plans of care, evaluate caregiver performance, and communicate findings to families and management. Minimum 15 hours weekly with mileage reimbursed for approved travel.
