Charge Nurse - Critical Care PCU, Nights

This role involves coordinating the delivery of high-quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle and managing operational issues during shifts.

Responsibilities include providing clinical care as needed based on census demands, communicating patient care, departmental concerns, and staff issues to leadership, and serving as a resource and guide for staff members.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2 or more years preferred.
• Valid Georgia RN license and/or multistate licensure.
• Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification.
• Additional certifications such as NRP, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring, PEARS, and specialized pediatric and emergency certifications may be required depending on the unit.

• Coordinate patient care and operational issues during shifts.
• Provide clinical care based on patient census and needs.
• Communicate effectively with staff and leadership.
• Serve as a resource and guide for nursing staff.
