Registered Nurse - MedSurg​/Oncology

Role Overview

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within organizational policies. Demonstrate professional growth, accountability, and maintain high standards of practice while coordinating patient care activities to ensure quality outcomes.

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care in a variety of clinical settings.
• Coordinate and supervise assigned staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and professional standards.
• Maintain necessary certifications and licensure applicable to specialized fields.
• Respond to patient needs promptly, including high-risk situations requiring advanced certifications.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and certification updates, such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, and specialty-specific credentials.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current Georgia RN licensure or multistate license; BCLS certification required.
• New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred.
• Specialty certifications as applicable (e.g., ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy, Dialysis).
• Ability to coordinate patient care efficiently and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
