Temporary Registered Nurse; RN Acute Care

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care within a collaborative team environment. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care & Coordination: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care plans, deliver safe care per policies, and document assessments and interventions.
• Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction: Address concerns, educate patients and families, communicate effectively, and prioritize patient needs to enhance experience.
• Performance Improvement: Participate in quality initiatives, suggest process improvements, and support organizational goals.
• Professional Growth & Leadership: Maintain licenses, pursue training, mentor colleagues, uphold standards, and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree.
• Valid RN license with multi-state recognition.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
