Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the care team.
• Monitoring patient conditions, maintaining documentation, and ensuring safety and confidentiality.
• Serving as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, and educating patients and families.
• Participating in performance improvement initiatives and supporting shared governance.
• Mentoring and fostering growth of fellow nurses, promoting professionalism and teamwork.
• Supporting organizational standards, safety protocols, and professional development.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
