Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a team, serving as a frontline liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote outcomes and wellbeing.
- Deliver safe, effective care following policies and procedures, maintaining thorough documentation.

- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support change, and contribute to better patient and staff satisfaction.
- Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development, research, and industry best practices.
- Mentor and support the growth of other nurses, fostering a positive work environment and adhering to confidentiality and safety standards.
- Associates or Bachelors in Nursing.
- Current RN license with multi-state authorization.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
