Role Overview :
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and execute care plans, and ensure documentation accuracy. Act as a patient advocate by addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and promoting patient-centered care. Support performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional competence, and contribute to a positive work environment through mentorship and leadership.
Qualifications:An Associate’s, Diploma, or Bachelor’s in Nursing is required. Certifications include BLS and RN licensure (multi-state or single-state).
Skills & Duties:Collaborate effectively, uphold safety and confidentiality standards, participate in organizational initiatives, and adhere to policies. Support professional growth and foster a supportive, patient-focused environment.
