We are seeking a Nursing Leader responsible for administrative and operational management of assigned departments, focusing on cost control, human resources, clinical quality, patient and staff satisfaction, and change management.
Key duties include: serving as part of the management team, promoting the mission, vision, and values of the organization, and fostering a person-centered and patient-family centered care philosophy.
The role involves succession planning, talent identification, staff support, education, and development of future nursing leaders.
May assist in staffing to deliver clinical care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited nursing school;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - Minimum of 3 years of inpatient or outpatient nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Demonstrated clinical competency in the relevant specialty
- Current RN license for Georgia and Basic Life Support certification
