Registered Nurse; RN Acute Care – Ortho Trauma

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a supportive environment. They act as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions; assist in care planning and deliver safe, effective care according to policies.
• Coordinate patient flow, prioritize actions, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments, care, and incidents.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring communication with families and staff.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas for process enhancements, and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development; stay updated with industry best practices.
• Foster growth of colleagues through mentorship, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical skills, professionalism, effective communication, teamwork, and commitment to continuous learning.
