Registered Nurse; RN Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a supportive environment.

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitoring patient conditions, documenting assessments, changes, and care delivered.
• Advocating for patients and families, addressing concerns, and educating on health issues.
• Ensuring safety, confidentiality, and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Participating in performance improvement initiatives and contributing to care quality and patient satisfaction.
• Supporting professional development, maintaining licenses/certifications, and engaging in leadership and mentorship roles.
• Promoting a positive work environment and embracing shared governance principles.

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Experience with direct patient care preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
