You must have a current Georgia RN license or compact state eligibility, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
At least 2 years of recent emergency department experience is required.
Experience with electronic medical record systems is recommended. Skills in rapid assessment, trauma care, and teamwork are important.
