Registered Nurse; RN; Acute Care Trauma

Role: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. They serve as a primary communicator between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and positive outcomes.
Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver care according to established policies.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, offering health education, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Mentor and support peers, uphold professional standards, and promote the nursing profession.
• Support shared governance and organizational goals through active engagement and compliance.

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing;
  Bachelor's preferred.
• Current RN licensure (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Experience with direct patient care preferred.
• Strong communication, judgment, and teamwork skills.
