Quality Manager – Manufacturing (On‑Site)

We are seeking a Quality Manager to support a manufacturing site with one of our clients. This is an on‑site leadership role with responsibility for ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
The RoleThis position focuses on oversight and leadership, not day‑to‑day inspection work. You will guide quality teams, ensure processes are followed correctly, and partner closely with Operations to maintain a strong quality culture.
Key Responsibilities- Provide site‑level quality leadership across two manufacturing facilities
- Ensure sites remain audit‑ready at all times
- Oversee:
- Complaints and investigations
- CAPAs
- Trending, tracking, and continuous improvement activities
- Act as an escalation point for customer‑facing quality issues
- Collaborate closely with Operations to drive effective, compliant outcomes
- Lead performance reviews and provide regular coaching and feedback
- 3–5+ years of experience in quality management within a regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong people leadership and decision‑making capability
- Background in medical devices, biotech, aerospace, food manufacturing, or similar regulated industries
- Comfortable being customer‑facing, including handling complaints and escalations
- Experience working with QMS systems (any system acceptable; training provided)
- A practical, collaborative team player who focuses on process discipline and continuous improvement
- Be part of a growing manufacturing operation
