Job Description
We are searching for a Construction Quality Assurance Inspector to support federal construction work ning, GA. This individual will be supporting various electrical focused projects on the installation.
Responsibilities- Review contractors' quality management and control procedures on large military installations and report findings to the Contracting Officer's Representative.
- Attend and participate in the 3-Phase Inspection process.
Observe and investigate construction to identify major problems and report findings to the Contracting Officer's Representative.
- Evaluate contractor questions and RFIs/RFCs and recommend solutions to the Contracting Officer's Representative.
- Assist Contracting Officer's Representative in drafting letters to contractor explaining deficiencies found and corrections necessary.
- Review contractor’s records of work accomplished, and materials used and report findings to the Contracting Officer's Representative.

- 10+ years of experience in construction management with experience on US Army Corps of Engineer Contracts
- Must be familiar with the three-phase inspection process - Must be CQM or CQM-C certified with RMS familiarity
- Active Common Access Card (CAC)
