Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist located in Augusta, GA. The responsibilities of the role include identifying and acquiring real estate properties, negotiating deals, and preparing purchase agreements. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with property owners, agents, and other stakeholders, as well as conducting market research to identify investment opportunities. The specialist will ensure that transactions comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Familiarity with Real Estate Development processes and strategies
- Proficiency in Sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in real estate acquisitions or a related field is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred
