Performs work related to Bioinformatics analyses in the field of cardiovascular.

• Design and perform bioinformatics analyses in cardiovascular genomics (GWAS, molecular QTL, drug screening, biomarker identification, precision medicine, single-cell RNA and ATAC-seq, single-cell CRISPR screening).
• Maintain research database and communicate effectively with laboratory members.
• Collaborate with computational and wet‑lab biologists to elucidate mechanisms.
• Prepare written and oral presentation of results for the team and public.
• Maintain and organize large amounts of genetic data and summary statistics.
• Supervise junior lab members and assist PI with publications and grant applications.
• Perform all other job‑related duties as assigned by the PI.

• Master’s degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, cell biology, or related natural, life, health care, or materials science, plus experience in research, basic science, or clinical laboratory (including clinical trial research).
• OR Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with at least three years of research and/or clinical experience.

• Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Abilities: Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Shift: Days (Monday‑Friday; work outside normal business hours may be required).
• Salary: $45,400‑$56,700 annually; pay band B8.
• Position is fully or partially funded through external sources; continued employment is contingent on availability of funds.
• Recruitment period:
