Job Summary
This position requires the daily conduct of clinical research activities involving human subjects, including participant screening, eligibility assessment, and data and biospecimen collection and analysis in accordance with IRB‑approved protocols. The role ensures compliance with ICH‑GCP, biosafety, and institutional regulations while maintaining subject confidentiality and data integrity.
Responsibilities- Complete the required ICH, biosafety, and other federal, state, and institutional training for conducting human subject research and keep them updated as needed.
- Conduct clinical research including screening, review of eligibility criteria, and data/sample collection under minimal supervision.
- Perform complex technical duties involved in biological and genetic research laboratory tests, experiments, and determinations to obtain data for research purposes.
- Compile, analyze, document, and draw tentative conclusions from experimental results.
- Research, develop, and implement new tests and protocols, including developing AI‑based tools.
- Analyze data, present findings, and write manuscripts.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, cell biology, social sciences, natural sciences, life, healthcare, or materials science directly related to the research area, plus experience in a research or clinical setting.
- OR an associate degree in a related field plus a minimum of three years of experience in a research or clinical area.
- Some previous experience with social or behavioral science (public health) research is desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis, presentation of data, and manuscript writing.
- Detail‑oriented with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Ability to use sound judgment and work independently.
- Shift: Days;
Monday‑Friday (work outside normal business hours may be required). - Pay Band: B5, salary commensurate with qualifications within the established range.
- Recruitment Period:
