Chef de Cuisine

Sky Bridge Luxury & Associates is partnering with a Forbes Five-Star luxury resort destination in Coastal Georgia to identify a Chef de Cuisine for a high-volume waterfront dining concept within one of the Southeast’s most celebrated hospitality environments.

This position is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations for a lunch and dinner restaurant while leading and developing a team of approximately 11 culinary professionals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong luxury hospitality mindset, operational discipline, and a passion for delivering elevated guest experiences through both cuisine and leadership.

• Oversee daily culinary operations for a high-volume restaurant concept
• Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members while fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Manage labor, ordering, prep execution, and kitchen organization
• Collaborate closely with culinary leadership and front-of-house teams to support overall guest experience
• Maintain high operational and service standards within a luxury hospitality environment

• Previous leadership experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, or Executive Sous Chef within luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs, or upscale restaurant environments
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• High attention to detail and operational consistency
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and guest-focused culture
• Experience with in Forbes/Five-Star or luxury hospitality environments preferred
