We are hiring a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Retail Display Installer – Technology to join our team and represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact.
  • Maintain accurate and updated availability.
  • Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
  • Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures fully functional.
  • Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations of 2+ people, providing solution feedback.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of tasks and timelines.
  • Assist team members as needed.
  • Adhere to accurate timecard submission timelines and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Participate in training and certification programs.
  • Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
  • Serve as necessary for weekend assignments.
  • Schedule and plan hours, locations with occasional weekends, early‑morning hours, and holidays based on store/client requirements.
  • Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Execute project directives, collaborate within shared services, identify improvement opportunities, communicate and drive solutions for operational efficiencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shared services, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and leadership while representing the company.
  • Ensure transparent, respectful communication with all team members.
  • Promote and ensure customer and client satisfaction, meeting continuous improvement goals per shared‑service field KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Age 18 or older (due to insurance requirements).
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexibly available Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
  • Maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
  • Physical ability: climb up to 10‑foot ladder, lift up to 60lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, handle/grasp, reach overhead.
  • Adaptable to changing tasks and environments.
  • Effective communication via phone, text, email; capable of using smartphone for clocking, photo upload, app usage, internet connectivity.
  • Education:

    high‑school diploma or equivalent; retail/merchandising experience preferred.
  • Installation and merchandising experience and proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Follow planogram directives and secondary communication.
  • Own Android or Apple mobile device for photo and data upload and navigation of communication platforms.
  • Complete all training assignments within designated timeframe; work collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90miles from home per assignment.
  • Superior leadership and professional communication, presentation skills; sound judgment, problem‑solving.
  • Excellent time‑management and reporting skills.
