Overview
Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As a General Manager you shape our guest experience by coaching a team to deliver exceptional service to every guest. Your leadership will help the store exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence. You will mentor the Assistant General Manager and develop them into future leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Building, developing, and mentoring the sales team.
- Working with the team to teach, coach and follow the sales process with every guest.
- Attracting and retaining top caliber employees.
- Brand advocate for Victra.
- Providing ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
- Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure products and services are effectively showcased throughout the store.
- Ensuring store employees meet and/or exceed defined monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time.
- Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives.
- Maintaining store performance by running retail inventory compliance.
- Engaging in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and providing sales reports.
- Thinking of innovative ways to drive traffic in stores and capitalize on the existing customer base.
- Owning store success and taking ownership of store employees’ work‑related needs, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions.
- Owning all guest escalations and providing a timely resolution.
- Clearly communicating company objectives and priorities to team members and providing timely follow‑up.
- Staying up to date with new sales promotions and ensuring guests receive complete solutions to meet their current and future needs.

Pay will include a base rate of $18.00 /hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.
Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Management experience in a commissions‑based sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
- Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
- Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high‑performing team.
- Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift ten pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
All General Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 4‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. All General Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 3‑day General Manager University (SMU) training program within 30 days of completing NHU. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense.
Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
