** Job Posting:
** The Part Time Sales Lead is an entry-level leadership role responsible for opening and closing the store, supporting sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and executing day-to-day store operations.  This Sales Lead supports the Store Manager by following customer engagement strategies and maintaining merchandising standards that support a positive customer experience. * Key Responsibilities:

*** Brand Experience/Customer Service
** Ensure excellence in customer service in the store by upholding high retail standards to ensure an in-store experience that aligns with company standards.
* Initiate conversations with all customers, building a relationship to learn interests and identify products to suggest.
* Assist customer in the fitting room.
* Recommends product that is aligned with customer needs and preferences through suggestive selling and encourages the customer to make a purchase.
* Builds brand loyalty by promoting the rewards program and achieves weekly loyalty sign up goals.
* Learn about new products and trends to better engage customers.
* Consistently achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
* Provides information and advice on product performance, features, and specifications.
* Visual, Operation, and Safety
** Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
* Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing, freight processing, accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain point-of-sale integrity.
* Follows company and store policies, procedures, and operational guidelines; communicates concerns to store leadership.
* Assigns tasks to team members as directed to support operational needs.
* React quickly to all customers and/or employee injuries and report them immediately to the Manager on Duty.
* Participates in Loss Prevention Audits, understands and complies with company loss prevention policies to minimize store shrink.
* Leadership
* * Acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of the other members of the leadership team.
* Regularly communicates any employee’s concerns directly to the Store Manager.
* Assists with onboarding and training new team members in sales behaviors, customer service expectations, and store procedures.
* Addresses customer concerns professionally and in accordance with company guidelines.
