This location, operated by Convenience Stores Inc- a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum, is looking for a highly skilled, self‑motivated individual looking to assist in our growing Retail Operation.
Position OverviewThe C-Store Manager will manage, direct and supervise the daily operations of the assigned location while providing pleasant and courteous service to customers according to Company goals, policies, and procedures.
This position requires a high degree of initiative and attention to detail, advanced problem solving, supervisory and communication skills, and the ability to project the desired Company image of courteous and friendly service to customers.
Team members in this job class will follow and enforce job descriptions of CSR, Lead CSR, and Shift Leader/Keyholder.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities include customer service, merchandising, food service, operations, employee staffing, development, employee relations, and store profitability.
They will create a positive store culture by treating employees fair and with respect.
QualificationsMust have a high school education or equivalent, previous people management experience, must be self‑motivated, dependable, and have the ability to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining total customer focus.
EducationHigh School or equivalent
Experience & SkillsPrevious Management experience is preferred.
Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
In addition, you must have good communication skills, and good personal grooming habits.

Employment ConditionsThis company participates in the E‑verify program. This position is subject to a 90 day introductory period. - Physical requirements include standing up to 10 hours during a shift and able to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, stoop, and climbing a ladder is required on occasion.
