- Job Title: Associate Inventory Manager

- Salary: $19.00 an hour
The Associate Inventory Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, inventory tracking and management, achieving key performance metrics, and ensuring the efficient daily operation of the store. This role ensures regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Duties And Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory reporting
- Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations
- Review, communicate, and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and communicate changes to employees
- Conduct inventory audits and any cycle counts in partnership with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager
- Perform system adjustments as required and analyze root causes for adjustments; determine, initiate, and execute corrective actions
- Assume duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes
- Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
- Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
- Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
- High School Diploma required
- Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service
- Prior cash handling experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; ability to uphold confidentiality
- Ability to communicate in English with customers and team members; operate electronic equipment; understand safety procedures
- Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a MVR background check (delivery locations only)
- Must pass a Level 1 and Level 2 background check
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must function independently with flexibility, integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
- Must relate to and work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or hostility
- Constant movement throughout the facility, including tight spaces
- Ability to communicate, observe details, and operate computing devices
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs; push/pull objects; climb stairs or ladders; kneel, stoop, or crouch as needed
- Visual and auditory acuity to perform all duties
- Occasionally required to remain seated
Up to 40 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
