Aerie - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

• You are a go‑getter who moves product efficiently, with timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• You keep the Stockroom running efficiently by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a plan, and take action to correct them.
• You help fellow team members with non‑stock tasks or guest assistance, reflecting teamwork.
• Safety standards are a priority; you follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You value organization and have strong attention to detail, priority setting, and time management.
• You have flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• You have prior experience in a stock‑related role.
