• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, guiding them with self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Assist management with supervising associates in assigned areas: assign duties, communicate goals and feedback, train associates on processes, provide guidance on member service techniques, ensure compliance, support the Open Door Policy, and participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates.
• Receive and stock supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors; organize and maintain the sales floor using equipment, merchandising, and completing paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.
• Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for forklift spotting and hazardous material handling, complying with steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Ensure sales floor and merchandise presentation maintenance: handle claims and returns, zone the area, stock, arrange, and organize merchandise, set up, clean, and organize product displays, remove damaged goods, sign and price merchandise, identify shrink and damages, and secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise.
• Monitor food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation standards, and by stocking, zoning, and cleaning all departments.
• Lead and participate in teams by sharing resources, determining customer needs and business priorities, coordinating and executing work assignments, providing feedback, ensuring timelines and quality, and modeling adaptation to change.
• Oversee picking and staging of club pick‑up orders throughout the day, ensuring products are selected and staged according to company policy and procedures.
• Develop, communicate, and implement processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; analyzing information, monitoring progress, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with company policies, procedures, ethical standards, and integrity by explaining, guiding, and demonstrating application, implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and assisting management with correcting ethical issues.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 6 months retail experience and at least 6 months customer service experience.

• Experience leading a team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00
* * The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, with multiple premiums applicable if criteria are met.
