The Part-Time Sales Supervisor at Michael Kors in Augusta, GA is an on-site role responsible for supporting daily store operations and driving sales performance. This role oversees the sales floor during assigned shifts, coaches sales associates on client engagement and product knowledge, and ensures that service standards reflect the brand’s luxury positioning. The Sales Supervisor assists with visual merchandising updates, inventory processes, and maintaining an organized, appealing store environment.

Additional responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, handling customer concerns, and contributing to sales goals through active selling and clienteling. This is a part-time position that requires flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays a

• 2+ years of prior experience in fashion, luxury retail, or accessories is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education in business or fashion-related fields is a plus.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
• Experience supervising or leading teams in a retail or customer-focused environment, with skill in coaching and feedback
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to support visual merchandising, stock management, and store operations
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications to process transactions and manage client information
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move product, and work in a fast-paced store setting
