Role Description The Warehouse Associate is a part-time, on-site role based in Augusta, GA, supporting the flow of merchandise from receiving to sales floor and online fulfillment. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing deliveries, verifying and splitting incoming inventory, packing and preparing customer orders for shipment, and restocking warehouse and back-of-house areas. The Warehouse Associate collaborates with store and e-commerce teams to ensure timely order processing, maintains clean and safe work spaces, and follows company procedures for inventory control and shipping.

This position may also assist with other tasks as needed across the brands The Swank Company, Posh Tots Children's Boutique & Escape Outdoors.

Qualifications

• Shopify experience is a plus!
• Experience with Shipping & Receiving processes, including checking, documenting, and organizing incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Ability to perform Packing tasks efficiently and accurately for customer orders, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Basic inventory control skills, including counting, tracking, and reporting discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability in a fast-paced retail and warehouse environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with store, warehouse, and e-commerce team members.
• Prior experience in retail, warehousing, or logistics is beneficial but not required; training can be provided.
