Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative – Training & Licensing Provided
Are you motivated, personable, and looking for a career with real earning potential and long-term growth? We’re looking to add a driven individual to our Insurance Agent team who is eager to learn, grow, and build meaningful relationships with clients.
No prior insurance experience? No problem. If you bring strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others, we’ll invest in your training and development to help you succeed as an Insurance Sales Representative.
Responsibilities- Meet with new and prospective clients to understand their goals and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing service and follow-up
- Develop customized risk management strategies based on each client’s unique needs
- Track activity, client interactions, and progress toward sales goals using internal systems
- Implement marketing and prospecting strategies, including networking and outreach
- Stay current on insurance products, regulations, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with mentors and team members who are invested in your success
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- A business-minded, self-motivated, and coachable mindset
- Comfortable learning new systems and using basic computer tools (Microsoft Office)
- Willingness to learn and understand state and federal insurance regulations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (high school diploma required)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Sales experience is helpful, but not required
- Willingness to obtain Life & Health Insurance licenses (sponsorship & training provided)
$70,000 - $150,000+ yearly
