Commercial Roofing Sales Executive

We are hiring a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative for our Augusta, Ga market.

This role is built for someone with a hunter mentality who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and growing a long-term book of business. You will work the local market, develop real commercial relationships, and manage projects from first conversation through close.

• Prospect and develop new commercial relationships daily in the Augusta market
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, property managers, facility managers, general contractors and asset managers
• Entertain and engage current and prospective clients
• Conduct roof inspections and identify repair or replacement opportunities
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using:
  Acculynx, Stack Takeoff, Eagleview, Spreadsheets
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
• Close profitable commercial roofing projects
• Maintain detailed and organized CRM records
• Coordinate with production to ensure smooth project execution

• Commercial roofing knowledge (TPO, EPDM, metal, coatings, repairs)
• Estimating and proposal experience
• Closing and negotiating skills
• Experience using CRM and takeoff software
• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Existing commercial relationships in the CSRA
• Experience selling to property managers
