Overview
We are seeking a Home Listing Specialist (HLS) to join our growing team. This is a high-level sales role focused on converting warm, company-generated seller leads into signed listing agreements and closed transactions. No prospecting required. You focus on appointments, pricing strategy, and closing.
Key Performance Expectations- 3–5+ listings signed per month
- 25%+ listing conversion rate
- Consistent follow-up and pipeline management
$500/week + closing bonuses (Target Earnings $90,000 - $120,000+ annually).
Responsibilities- Meet with homeowners and convert opportunities into listings
- Conduct high-level sales conversations and build trust
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team on warm handoffs
- Negotiate offers and manage deals to closing
- Maintain CRM and follow-up systems
- An active real estate license is required
- 2+ years of sales experience required
- Real estate experience preferred (8–15+ deals/year ideal)
- Hungry – Driven and competitive
- Humble – Coachable and team‑first
