Description
Matthews Motors is seeking a motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented specialist to support multiple departments across the dealership. This role is designed to assist where needed, with primary responsibilities in Sales Support and Marketing. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, can shift priorities easily, and wants to build a long-term career within a growing, faith based family-owned commercial vehicle dealership.

Requirements
Primary Responsibilities- Creating and managing vehicle listings
- Assist the sales team with pricing updates, and inventory coordination.
- Create and manage online listings on the Matthews Motors website, , and other platforms.
- Write accurate, compelling vehicle descriptions and ensure specs and pricing are current.
- Collaborate with Sales Team on Vehicle Content and Listings
- Provide general sales administrative support as needed.
- Capture photos and short-form video content of commercial trucks, light-duty vehicles, shop operations, employees, company events, and dealership activities for marketing, branding, recruitment, and sales initiatives.
- Assist with the creation, management, and posting of social media content and blog website
- Support digital marketing efforts including Meta and Google Ads, website updates, and branding consistency.
- Help maintain a professional and consistent online presence across all platforms.
- Submitting Co-Op to Isuzu and Hino (1st and 2nd Half) for Isuzu, Hino, Stellar.
- Assist with Digital Marketing and SEO Performance
- Assist HR with Planning and Execution of Employee Events
- Trade Show attendance when necessary.
- Cross-train in title processing for vehicle sales, including working with DMV systems (Title Tec). This includes any tag office runs that will need to be done on a weekly or bi weekly basis.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records related to sales, titles, and administrative processes.
Qualifications- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and assist across departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn dealership systems
- Experience in automotive, commercial trucks, or dealership operations is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Word Press, Hub Spot, Salesforce, Aherfs or similar is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.
