Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and closing deals? City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your sales career in a supportive and high-energy environment.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and maintaining strong client relationships. You'll have the chance to work with a reputable leader in the building maintenance industry, servicing over 115 locations across the US and Canada.

What You Will Do:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through strategic prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and service demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including negotiations and closing contracts.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.

  • Minimum of 2 years of outside B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting and territory development skills.

  • Outgoing and entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to selling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
