Job Description
Be available to consult with small business.
Gain a thorough understanding of the customer's small business operations, needs, challenges and goals.
Recommend the right solutions based on need and reinforce the value proposition.
Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach.
Champion the Brand of being Real, Smart, Honest, Committed and Spirited.
Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics.
Partner with FLLs to ensure participation and engagement of the sales teams supported.
- Candidate must be ok with both Inbound and Outbound sales calls.
- Outbound is to manage pipeline.
- SaaS Sales Experience.
- Merchant Service Sales.
- Bill Pay.
- Fin Tech Sales experience.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and technology.
- Sales Acumen - Demonstrate a basic knowledge of value-based selling, effective questioning skills and creating an urgency in solving customer needs. Demonstrate curiosity during the customer interaction.
- Business Acumen - Understand financial terminology and day-to-day operations of a small business including income and expense management, invoicing, and employee management.
- Technical Acumen - Understand the Cloud and its infrastructure, outlining the benefits of cloud-based technology.
