What Is the Job?

Your mission is to create and grow revenue.

Hunting (60%)

  • Prospect and develop new industrial clients
  • Get in front of plant managers, maintenance leaders, and decision‑makers
  • Build a pipeline and close new opportunities
  • Stay proactive—this role rewards those who go get it

Farming (40%)

  • Grow and retain existing accounts
  • Build strong, trusted relationships inside customer facilities
  • Identify additional opportunities within current clients
  • Partner with operations to ensure successful execution and repeat business
What That Looks Like Day‑to‑Day
  • Time in the field meeting customers and prospects
  • Walking plants, identifying needs, and creating solutions
  • Coordinating with operations to deliver what you sell
  • Managing your territory like it’s your own business

Travel:
Up to 50% (local/regional)
