This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in the Georgia or Alabama area. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned region by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Tasks include managing and nurturing relationships with customers, channel partners, and resellers, and executing strategic sales plans. Additionally, the role requires conducting product presentations, closing sales, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market expansion.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving regional revenue goals and strengthening Salient’s market presence
- Drive sales growth within the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture relationships with customers, channel partners, and resellers.
- Conduct product presentations and close sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market expansion
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, account management, and pipeline management.
- Experience in building and managing relationships with channel partners, resellers, and enterprise customers.
- Knowledge of video management systems, surveillance technology, or other technology-based solutions is highly preferred.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver measurable results.
- Analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other sales enablement technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region as required.
