We’re looking for driven individuals who know how to build trust, communicate confidently, and follow through consistently. You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need to be coachable, competitive, accountable, and willing to put in the work.

• Handling inbound and outbound homeowner leads
• Running process calls and making offers
• Meeting with homeowners when needed
• Managing follow‑up and pipeline activity inside the CRM
• Working closely with leadership through coaching, training, and call reviews
• Consistently working toward weekly and monthly KPIs

• Needs constant micromanagement
• Avoids accountability or feedback
• Struggles with consistency and follow‑through
• Doesn’t want to be measured by performance

This is an in‑office position based in Augusta, GA. You must be local or willing to relocate. Daily in‑office attendance and strong communication are required.
