Loan Sales Representative

Join the 1 st Franklin team as a Loan Sales Representative.

This position leverages interpersonal skills and business knowledge to meet the needs of our customers. It works closely with the Branch Manager and staff to build relationships and identify customer needs. The LSR interviews customers with professionalism, patience, curiosity, and a results‑oriented manner.

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
  • Recommend product and services to support individual, branch sales goals, and customer expectations
  • Market branch products and services to customers and potential customers
  • Conduct assigned collection calls of customer accounts to arrange payment
  • Seek opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers
  • Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools
  • Ensure customer information is correct and document interactions
  • Consistently meet or exceed branch and individual goals
  • Conduct dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build internal and external relationships
  • Ensure customer confidentiality and privileged information is maintained
  • Adhere to all 1

    FFC policies and procedures
  • Comply with all State and Federal regulations
  • Exhibit knowledge of all 1

    FFC products
  • Seek additional opportunities and responsibilities
Education, Qualifications and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to meet current licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment
  • Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and greatly differing social and business settings
  • Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
  • Action and result focused
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite products
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate an automobile
  • Working onsite at the branch office is an essential function of this job (working from home is not permitted under any circumstances)
