Toyo Tire North America OE Sales, LLC is looking to hire an Assistant Sales Manager who will report to the Sales Director of the original equipment division in White, Georgia. The position will manage the Request for Quote (RFQ) process for the department and plan, develop, and implement programs to achieve sales goals. The Assistant Sales Manager will also develop long- and short-term sales planning programs, evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs, maintain good business relationships with existing accounts, and prospect for future sales opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Toyo product line, including features, benefits, warranties, sizing, and applications
- Handle the Request for Quote (RFQ) process
- Plan, develop, and implement programs for accounts within the division to achieve sales goals
- Assist in the development and formulation of long- and short-term sales planning, programs, and objectives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs
- Analyze and negotiate market pricing
- Report as necessary on sales activities and forecasts
- Develop and maintain good business relationships with key accounts through periodic contacts and proper handling of sales and administrative functions
- Conduct market-gathering activities to understand competitor offerings
- Make suggestions on products, sales programs, and policies
- Other duties as assigned

The starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education and experience within the job and/or industry. The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $80,000. We provide a competitive compensation package along with a robust benefits program to meet your needs.
