In-Home Sales & Tech Support; Part Time

Pay Rate

$20.05 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission.

5 evenings per week – 4:05 pm to 9:00 pm.

This is an in‑home sales and tech support field role that requires daily travel to customer residences. It is an entry‑level position suitable for someone starting a career who enjoys customer interaction and hands‑on sales experience.

• Serve:
  Meet customers in‑home, in‑office, or wherever they are, and provide exceptional service while targeting and achieving sales objectives.
• Solve:
  Resolve customers’ technology issues, explain solutions clearly, and ensure they leave with a product that meets future needs.
• Sell:
  Leverage Asurion’s product portfolio to offer tailored solutions, actively listen to customer needs, position products strategically, and negotiate to close sales.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• A valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and at least one year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (Motorcycle and Manhattan excluded). Must have a personal vehicle (motorcycles excluded).
• Availability to work a varied 5‑day schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Personal cellphone to stay connected during appointments.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded and eager to learn a variety of skills.
• Outgoing personality that thrives in human interaction.

• Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked, paid bi‑weekly.
• Uncapped commissions paid bi‑weekly based on sales performance.
• Mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines, paid weekly.
• $35 phone stipend, paid monthly.
• Three weeks paid training.
