We are seeking a goal‑oriented, motivated, and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing Outside Sales team. In this business‑to‑business (B2B) role you will provide solutions to customers’ facility services needs, offering industry‑leading products and hands‑on help with the details of their workday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your designated territory.
  • Utilize the CRM to identify, prospect, and close new business, consistently achieving weekly sales goals and quotas.
  • Apply the skills learned in the Cintas Sales Training Program—including cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing.

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, and a Contact Management System (CMS).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • One year or more of sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience.
