- Greet and assist walk-in customers at our sales location
- Educate customers on sheds, barns, carports, gazebos, and outdoor furniture
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Generate and follow up on leads (phone, online inquiries, emails, and in-person)
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on inventory and pricing
- Provide a top-tier customer experience from first interaction through purchase
- 1–3+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (retail, automotive, home improvement, etc.)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to earn commission
- Comfortable working weekends (high customer traffic)
- Basic computer skills (CRM or point-of-sale systems a plus)
- Interest in home improvement, outdoor living, or construction products is a plus
