Home Listing Sales Specialist – (Base + Commission)
We are seeking a Home Listing Specialist to join our growing team in the real estate investment industry located in Augusta, GA. This person must be a sales closer with strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with taking risks, independent, confident, firm, and proactive. This person will need to take the initiative to get things done.
A competitive, driven spirit are great fits for the team. This is a great fit for a salesperson who is hungry and coachable.
- $26,000 per year base, $1,000 per closed transaction.
- First year OTE $75,000 ± $15,000 depending on performance.
- 2 weeks of PTO
- 9 Paid Federal Holidays

- Hours:
M-F, 8:30-5:30 - Consistent leads and appointments are set for you every week
- Team Support (marketing, finance, etc.).
- Structured Environment (8:30-5:30)
- Stable income with far less stress than a solo agent
