Sales Professionals are brand ambassadors who deliver extraordinary client experiences, consistently exceed customer expectations, and achieve sales targets. The role requires a passion for the Ralph Lauren brand, selling skills, confidence, and an entrepreneurial spirit to develop and nurture client relationships and expand their interest in Ralph Lauren’s lifestyle products.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality by greeting, listening and assisting customers, and demonstrating extensive product knowledge and styling.
  • Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments to every customer.
  • Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance relationships and drive sales.
  • Drive consistent business through key product pillars and full-price sales across Ralph Lauren lifestyles.
  • Leverage technology and virtual selling for outreach to clients and offer the full breadth of Ralph Lauren products.
  • Develop strong product knowledge across the RL Lifestyle catalogues and stay informed about the company history and current events.
  • Remain knowledgeable about current industry trends and competition; maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress, presentation and grooming standards.
  • Support and leverage company initiatives related to product launches, customer experience and selling; adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory, special events and projects as needed; perform opening and closing store duties as required.
  • Maintain open, professional communication with store management, peers, and corporate partners; network with target customers.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
  • Self-starter with proactive mindset and passion for learning; positive energy and genuine desire to work with people.
  • Proficient in English; other languages a plus.
  • Passion for the Brand and thriving in a selling environment.
